The developer of SK One Residence is building two blocks of towers for the development, with both towers being 24 and 25 floors high. In terms of the design of the units' layouts, buyers would be offered with three different possibilities, which measures at 1,267 sf, 966 sf or 571 sf. The launch prices of these units are between RM356,400 to RM734,400.

As with many developments today, SK One Residence is under the care of 24-hour security system as well. This amenity is the addition to the other amenities available in the complex. The amenities mentioned are perfect for families and singles to spend their time at, but the area enveloping SK One Residence are populated with many other commercial properties and also institutions. The shopping hubs that are available include AEON Shopping Centre, Giant, The Mines and South City Plaza. Educational institutions are aplenty with SJKC Serdang Baru 1, SJKC Serdang Baru 2, SMK Seri Indah, SK Taman Universiti, SMK Seri Serdang, Alice Smith International School, International Medical University (IMU), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APIIT).

A reason for cheer is the planned highway and interchange of Serdang - Kinrara - Putrajaya Expressway (SKIP). Unfortunately, the train stations that can be used by the residents are quite far away which include the Serdang KTM station, and Bukit Jalil LRT station.
